    As a father, former police officer, and the founder of Lead Don’t Blame, I know firsthand the weight men carry — at home, at work, and within themselves. I’ve seen the silent battles and felt the pressure to keep it all together. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to helping men rise above the noise, take ownership of their lives, and lead with clarity and conviction. Through proven tools, leadership frameworks, and a global brotherhood, I guide men to heal, grow, and build legacies that matter.

    The goal is simple: Better Men. Better Fathers. A Better World.
